Anna’s practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in a diverse range of complex litigation matters. Anna has successfully tried cases to verdict in various Texas counties, and her experience in handling business and employment disputes spans across numerous industries.
Anna analyzes complex facts specific to each case, outlines and implements effective litigation strategies and defense tactics, and provides thoughtful guidance to help her clients evaluate the risk and reward of legal proceedings and obtain a final resolution.
Anna regularly represents corporations, closely-held companies, partnerships, and business professionals, on each side of the docket, in both state and federal court. Her practice is primarily focused on complex business and employment disputes, including cases involving allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, tortious interference, conversion, and trade secret misappropriation. Anna has also represented clients in financial, real estate, healthcare liability, oil and gas, and consumer disputes.
In addition to successfully trying cases to verdict, Anna has obtained summary judgments and orders of dismissal in lawsuits in which the claimants sought substantial damages awards. She has also handled TRO and temporary injunction hearings and obtained the emergency relief sought in cases involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty and breach of restrictive covenant.
Prior to joining Rogge Dunn, Anna worked at an international law firm with a large Texas presence. In law school, Anna served as an intern for two federal district court judges and one Texas district court judge, gaining extensive courtroom experience that has been invaluable in serving her clients.
Anna was raised in Cincinnati and Seattle but was sold on Texas after moving there for college. When not practicing law, Anna can be found spending time with her husband, Ethan, and her family (who have also all moved to Texas), exercising at the PilatesBarre, and participating in various ministries at her church.
