Tate Hemingson regularly advises clients through pre-suit demands and negotiations, injunctive relief, trials, enforcement and collection of judgments, and appeals, always keeping in focus the client’s best interests and objectives in obtaining the best possible result. Tate represents a variety of clients in a range of contractual, business, and partnership and LLC disputes, business torts, and enforcement of non-competition and other employment agreements. Tate also has experience advising clients in real property disputes and commercial landlord-tenant issues.
