Alec handles complex commercial matters focused on employment and corporate/partnership disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, restrictive covenants, fraud, tortious interference with contract, deceptive trade practices, and other business-related torts.

Alec has successfully drafted and argued numerous discovery related motions, motions for summary judgment, and applications for temporary injunctive relief in a variety of complex commercial matters. Alec also has extensive knowledge and experience in matters involving construction law, including mechanic’s liens.

When he is not practicing law, Alec enjoys traveling with his family, hunting, golfing, and fishing. Prior to joining the Rogge Dunn Group, Alec practiced for over 7 years at Beckham Portela.
