Title IX, Hazing, N.I.L., and Colleges

Our firm has extensive experience representing all constituencies in Title IX, N.I.L. University Code of Conduct, hazing, NCAA Investigations, denial of tenure, and fraternity and sorority charter issues. We have handled these issues on numerous campuses nationwide, including SMU, Notre Dame, Cal-Berkley, Baylor, UTA, UNT, and Texas Tech.
