Significant Personal Injury Lawyer

Every personal injury lawyer at the Firm has handled many types of personal injury cases involving death or serious injury including: motor vehicle accidents, oilfield incidents, injuries caused by drunk drivers, consumer and industrial product failures, molestations, secret videotapings, taping of phone calls, boating accidents, assaults and batteries, food poisoning, police “chase” cases, invasion of privacy, fires, explosions, burn cases, premises liability incidents and inadequate security.

Expertise backed by experience in the following areas:

  • Videotaping

    Videotaping

When you are in public areas you could be videotaped by cell phones, security cameras installed by Government authorities and businesses. Google Earth is photographing us from the sky every day. Not surprisingly, we see more and more instances of people’s privacy being invaded. Even worse, many times these videos end up on the internet, including so-called revenge porn postings by jilted lovers.

We handled our first wrongful sex videotaping case in 1992. Recently, we successfully resolved a lawsuit involving a number of Jane Does who were secretly videotaped in the privacy of the sorority house where they lived. The videotape was then shown to students and others without their permission. If you have been victimized by someone secretly videotaping you or posting it on the internet, we can help.

  • Wrongful Death

    Wrongful Death

Cases where a family has lost a loved one are the most traumatic and important type of cases we handle.  There is no more significant representation a lawyer can undertake than protecting and providing for loved ones left behind.  We’ve represented families in many types of wrongful death claims involving a multitude of defective products and situations. And, based on our extensive experience with lawsuits over insurance coverage, we know how the insurance companies think and operate.

If you have lost a loved one due to someone’s negligence, find an experienced lawyer who cares and has subject matter knowledge of the product, instrumentality or circumstance that caused the wrongful death.
