Skyler has experience in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on mass torts and product liability claims. Skyler represents individuals against domestic and international business organizations in numerous jurisdictions, venues and alternative dispute resolution tribunals. She has significant experience with the practicalities of Texas law, and clients appreciate her in-depth knowledge of local and federal procedure and evidence.
Skyler’s counsel ranges from providing strategic advice to handling all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial matters to settlement negotiations, discovery disputes, extensive motion practice and trials. She routinely manages large, complex matters in multi-district litigation and class actions.
Active in the local legal community, Skyler frequently speaks and writes on trial advocacy and evolving litigation management issues. She maintains an active pro bono practice as a Dallas CASA and sits on committees with Dallas Women Lawyers Association, Attorneys Serving the Community, Legacy Housing Corporation and the Junior League of Dallas.
