- Riddle v. Dyncorp Intern, Inc., 666 F.3d 940 (5th . Cir. 2012). In this case, successfully reversed an adverse judgment against client in a wrongful termination suit.
- Cardiac Perfusion Services, Inc. v. Hughes, 436 S. W3d 790 (Tex. 2014). In this case, successfully reversed lower courts adverse judgments against client in a corporate buy out matter.
- Hoffman-La Roche, Inc. v. Zeltwanger, 144 S.W.3d 438 (Tex. 2004). In this case, successfully reversed adverse judgment for $9,500,000.00 at the Supreme Court level in a sexual harassment/intentional infliction of emotional distress case.
- Szczepanik v. First Southern Trust, , 883 S.W.2d 640 (Tex. 1994). In this case, successfully reversed adverse multi-milliondollar judgment with significant decision in Texas law concerning lost profits recovery.
