The Rogge Dunn Group hosted a private charity fundraising dinner at its Dallas office to support the Eric Dickerson All-Star Golf Invitational benefiting the Hope Through Housing Foundation and the Eric Dickerson Learning Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
The event brought together more than 125 Dallas–Fort Worth community leaders, business partners, and philanthropic supporters for an evening focused on expanding educational opportunities for youth living in affordable housing communities across North Texas.
Special guest at the charity dinner, Eric Dickerson, Pro Football Hall of Famer, SMU alum, and one of the most accomplished running backs in NFL history, participated in a question-and-answer session with attendees. During the discussion, Dickerson shared stories from his career and spoke about his passion for helping young people succeed through education and mentorship.
The Eric Dickerson Learning Center, launched in April 2025 in Fort Worth, is a specialized educational space operated by the Hope Through Housing Foundation and located at The Residences of Diamond Hill. The center focuses on STEM education, leadership development, and academic enrichment for youth in affordable housing communities.
The initiative is especially meaningful to Dickerson, who has openly shared how overcoming learning challenges shaped his own journey and inspired his commitment to helping students access the resources they need to succeed.
Events like this charity dinner highlight the power of collaboration between the business community, nonprofit organizations, and civic leaders to invest in the future of North Texas youth.
