This licensure reflects Collin’s experience with complex legal issues arising in the financial industry. This licensure adds significant knowledge and depth to the firm’s robust arbitration practice.
Collin is head of our Labor and Employment Law Section and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law. Collin used to practice law at Littler Mendelson—the world’s largest employment law defense firm.
To become a licensed FINRA arbitrator, Collin completed specialized training directly with FINRA. That enhances the firm’s perspective on the FINRA arbitration process and provides our clients with a strategic advantage when facing disputes in the financial industry. Collin’s dual experience as both an advocate and a neutral gives The Rogge Dunn Group added insight into how FINRA arbitrators evaluate complex issues, testimony, and evidence.
