Collin Quigley Becomes Licensed FINRA Arbitrator

The Rogge Dunn Group is proud to announce that Collin Quigley, a seasoned trial lawyer and Partner at the firm, has met the stringent requirements to become a licensed FINRA arbitrator. This licensure reflects Collin’s experience with complex legal issues arising in the financial industry. This licensure adds significant knowledge and depth to the firm’s robust arbitration practice.

Collin is head of our Labor and Employment Law Section and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law. Collin used to practice law at Littler Mendelson—the world’s largest employment law defense firm.

To become a licensed FINRA arbitrator, Collin completed specialized training directly with FINRA. That enhances the firm’s perspective on the FINRA arbitration process and provides our clients with a strategic advantage when facing disputes in the financial industry. Collin’s dual experience as both an advocate and a neutral gives The Rogge Dunn Group added insight into how FINRA arbitrators evaluate complex issues, testimony, and evidence.

“Becoming a licensed FINRA arbitrator reflects my commitment to fair and efficient resolution of disputes” said Quigley. “The FINRA training has provided me with an insider’s view of the arbitration process—one I look forward to applying on behalf of our clients.”
