    Katie advises and represents employers, executives and management in the field of employment law. Her experience includes managing complex litigation covering various employment law topics, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), non-compete issues, leaves of absence, accommodation, harassment and discrimination, and performance issues.  Katie’s practice spans both single-plaintiff litigation and class and collective actions.

In addition to her litigation practice, Katie also regularly advises clients in various aspects of employment law including restrictive covenants, other related policies, and all aspects of employee compensation, including minimum wage, overtime, independent contractor issues, employment agreements and other wage and hour matters.

Prior to joining the Rogge Dunn Group, Katie practiced for 10 years at Littler Mendelson P.C., a leading nationwide labor and employment law firm, earning the title of Shareholder.  As a result of this experience, Katie has dealt with employment issues spanning all 50 states.

Katie is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Nevada. She has handled cases before the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits, as well as for various United States District Courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Court for the State of Nevada, and the Nevada Supreme Court.
