Finnish Co. Can’t Dodge Arbitration With Rogge Dunn Group Client Over Engine Failure

Two Dallas arbitration attorneys of Rogge Dunn Group PC, Rogge Dunn and Brian P. Shaw, have another success story to share. Wärtsilä claimed that the arbitrators did not have jurisdiction to hear the dispute, but after review of all legal documents, Dunn and Shaw have successfully defended their client to receive the desired outcome.
