Rogge Dunn Group Fights to Take Mark Cuban’s Deposition

Rogge Dunn Group is fighting to depose Mark Cuban in a discrimination case. An American Airlines Center employee testified in court on Friday, February 15 about finding a hangman’s noose in the building and Cuban’s subsequent lack of action regarding the situation.

In reference to the employee’s testimonial, Fox 4 News stated, “Attorney Rogge Dunn argued that this is one example of Cuban showing disregard for concerns about racial discrimination.”
