With Roe V. Wade being recently overturned, Rogge is getting many calls from people asking what they can do to support their female workers who want to get an abortion.
Dunn is advising his clients to seek advice from different types of professionals, including employee benefits lawyers, criminal lawyers and accountants.
“There’s nothing that stops [the legislature] from saying, ‘In addition, you can’t fund or finance an abortion out of state, and it’s criminal to do that,’” Dunn said.
