Alex Pennetti
Alex offers broad commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts across the country. He has acted as national, trial, and local counsel in various matters of national significance that involve contract disputes, fraud, trademark infringement, business divorces, and toxic torts.
With an innovative yet practical approach, Alex has obtained significant results for a variety of clients, from small businesses to Global 100 companies. As former outside discovery counsel to an international corporation, Alex is also well-versed in the business challenges posed by the discovery phase of litigation.
Alex is a Kansas City native who landed in Texas by way of the Air Force. When he isn’t practicing law, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife Katherine and their three dogs.
Prior to joining the Rogge Dunn Group, Alex practiced at an international law firm.
